Testing

All back to the beginning in the late 90’s we had a focus on the reliability and durability of the technology. The technology has undergone extensive testing and verification.

The mathematical models, on which the turbine is based, is verified through wind tunnel and full scale measurements.

HS300 prototype has produced regularly to the grid for a full maintenance period, following a thorough inspection of drive train and components.

Marin operations are verified through initial installation and successful maintenance recovery and redeployment.

Environmental Impact Assessments are performed for all potential sites. That includes the marine life, footprint as well as potential conflict with other users. The marine life has been studied throughout the entire HS300 production period, before and after deployment.
