Sound of Islay Tidal Power Project

The technology has been earmarked by ScottishPower Renewables for use at their Islay and Duncansby Head sites. The Islay site will be 10MW, the Duncansby Head site 95MW. The tidal resource and seabed surveys are completed, the performance modelling has been undertaken and the Environmental Impact Assessment has been submitted.
